Capital Campaign

Overview
In May of 2005, Helping Up Mission kicked-off a $14 million dollar Capital Campaign to fund renovations of 1023, 1029 and 1031 East Baltimore Street. Your gifts will help make it possible for the Mission to provide high quality facilities to house the men in our Recovery Programs…and expand the various programs and services offered to the men.

Honorary Chair
“I’ve visited Helping Up Mission, and I’ve talked with those they care for. For the poor and homeless, the Mission can be the difference between having shelter and living on the street; between treating an illness and allowing it to get worse; between being able to pay bills and having adequate food and shelter. Faith-based programs like Helping Up Mission are a vital link in our state’s efforts to provide even the most basic health and human services to needy men, women and children. I know our support can really make a difference.”
  - Governor Robert L. Ehrlich
